V\u00e9ritable grenier national, la MIDEMA fournit la farine essentielle \u00e0 la fabrication du pain et autres mets pris\u00e9s par les congolais. La MIDEMA op\u00e8re \u00e0 partie de son si\u00e8ge d&#8217;exploitation de Matadi situ\u00e9 sur les rives du fleuve Congo. Entreprise d&#8217;\u00e9conomie mixte, elle est d\u00e9tenue par trois actionnaires : L&#8217;Etat Congolais qui d\u00e9tient 40% des actions , le groupe am\u00e9ricain Seabord Corporation repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la filiale Seabord Overseas Limited \u00e0 51,4% et des partenaires individuels qui detiennent les 8,6%.
